Privacy

When you reserve a seat for The Professional Sip & Paint, House of Tenposs and EverVault (“the organisers”) collect only what is needed to run the event.

What we collect

Your name and phone number, so we can confirm your payment and send your entry pass.
Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
Your ticket type, number of tickets, payment status and whether you have checked in.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The organiser dashboard uses one sign-in cookie for staff only.

How we use it

To hold your seat, match your bank transfer and send your pass on WhatsApp.
To check you in at the door.
To contact you about this event, for example if the time changes.

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone outside the organisers, except the service that hosts this website (Cloudflare).

How long we keep it

We keep reservation details until the event is over and payments are settled, then delete them.
